Press the “Clean” button to start the deletion and the app takes care of the rest. When the scanning process is over, you can browse the results and decide what you want to actually delete by checking the appropriate boxes. Note that you must confirm your home folder beforehand.
When analyzing your disk to find the areas that need to be cleaned up, AVG Cleaner is looking for cache and junk files, logs, your download history or trash.
